Fork Lower Leg Service
$100
Just like an Air Can, fork lower leg service is recommended every 50 hrs of riding, its important to maintaining proper function of your suspension. Lacking routine maintenance can result in damaged or worn parts making costly repairs.
Removal, cleaning, and inspection of lower legs.
Replacement of dust wiper seals and foam rings.
Lower leg bushings burnished (resized).
Reassembly with new bath oil and grease
rebound and compression knobs & functions tested.
Fork Full Rebuild
$175-225
A full Rebuild is recommended for your suspension annually. Meant to renew and restore your shocks performance to factory feeling or better.
Complete disassembly and inspection of fork
Full damper disassembly and rebuild with new wiper seals, oil/grease, and nitrogen when required.
Air spring seal and wear band replacement and grease.
New wiper seals, foam rings.
Lower leg bushing burnishing (resizing).
Reassembled with new bath oil
Rebound and compression control functions tested.
Air Can Service
$75
Air can service like forks is recommended every 50 hrs ride time. forgoing regular maintenance can cause damaged or worn parts leading to costly repairs.
Removal, cleaning, and inspection of air can.
Replacement of all air can seals.
Reassembly with new air can oil/grease.
Re-pressurized and tested.
Fox Float X2 and RockShox Vivid Air have no air can service, only full rebuilds.
Rear Shock Full Rebuild
$175-225
A full Rebuild is recommended for your suspension annually. Meant to renew and restore your shocks performance to factory feeling or better.
Complete tear down and inspection of shock.
Full damper disassembly and rebuild with new seals, oil/grease, nitrogen charge in applicable.
Replacement of all air can seals and lube (if air shock) and full reassembly
Rebound and compression knobs & functions tested
